Nugu is a micro-lot produced by a community of farmers located in Nueva Guinea, south of Nicaragua. This micro-lot is part of a Social Enterprise run by Ingemann. Since 2013, Ingemann has worked together with farmers in Nicaragua to help implement post-harvest methodologies and quality protocols in the cacao sector. Their work is recognised around the world as one of the leaders in fine cacao production. This micro-lot is known for its floral and complex characteristics.
